1. Introduction & Service Use
Welcome to ANNSI, operated by Annsi Trailblazers Foodworks LLP. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ANNSI operates exclusively as a Cloud Kitchen. We do not offer dine-in facilities as of now, we do not have our own ordering application, and we do not maintain our own delivery fleet. All our food services are provided exclusively through third-party food delivery aggregators (such as Swiggy and Zomato). Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ordering
All orders must be placed exclusively through our partnered third-party aggregators (such as Swiggy and Zomato). Orders placed through these third-party platforms are governed entirely by the terms, conditions, and policies of those respective platforms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, at the kitchen level.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on third-party aggregator platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary between different delivery platforms and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments, including delivery charges, taxes, and platform fees, are processed and collected entirely by the respective third-party aggregator (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.). We do not collect any payments directly from customers.
4. Delivery & Handling
Because we do not maintain our own delivery fleet, the entire delivery process, tracking, and handling of your food are managed exclusively by the third-party delivery partner (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato) through which you placed your order. We are responsible for preparing your food to our high culinary standards, but we are not liable for any delays, damages, or mishandling that occur during transit by third-party delivery personnel.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since all orders and payments are processed through third-party aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.), all cancellation and refund requests must be raised directly through their respective customer support channels within their app or website. Their specific refund and cancellation policies will apply. We do not process direct refunds.
6. Personal Information and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
7. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the exclusive property of Annsi Trailblazers Foodworks LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
8. Promotions & Offers
Any discounts, promotional codes, or offers available for our brand are managed and redeemed exclusively through the respective third-party platforms (Swiggy, Zomato). The terms of these promotions are dictated by the aggregators, and we do not issue direct coupons, wallet balances, or loyalty points outside of these platforms.
